I-alumina ecushiwe, njenge-adsorbent esebenza kahle, inohlu olubanzi lwezinhlelo zokusebenza ekususeni i-TBC (p-tert-butylcatechol) ku-styrene.
1.Isimiso se-Adsorption:
1) I-Porosity: i-alumina ecushiwe inesakhiwo esinezimbotshana esinikeza indawo enkulu futhi ingakhangisa ngempumelelo i-TBC ku-styrene.
2) I-hygroscopicity ephezulu: i-hygroscopicity ephezulu ye-alumina ecushiwe iyenza ikwazi ukukhangisa kokubili amanzi nezinye izinto eziphilayo, okusiza ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kwe-adsorption.
2. Umphumela we-Adsorption
1) Ucwaningo lokuhlola: izifundo zibonise ukuthi i-alumina ecushiwe isebenza kahle ekukhangisweni kwe-TBC kusuka ku-styrene. Ngemva kwamahora angaba ngu-3 okwelashwa kokucwiliswa, okuqukethwe kwe-TBC kuye kwancishiswa kakhulu; ngemva kwamahora angaba ngu-12 okwelashwa kokucwiliswa, okuqukethwe kwe-TBC kwehliselwe ezingeni elingathinti izinga lokuguqulwa kwe-polymerization.
(2) Ukusebenza kwe-Polymerization: Okuqukethwe kwesakhiwo se-cis-1,4 se-styrene ngemva kokwelashwa kwe-adsorption akuthintwa phakathi ne-polymerization, kodwa ukusatshalaliswa kwe-molecular mass kuzonwetshwa.
3.Uhlelo lokusebenza oluthile:
Ukukhiqizwa kwe-styrene: i-alumina ecushiwe isetshenziswa njenge-adsorbent ekukhiqizeni nasekuhlanzweni kwe-styrene ukususa i-TBC kuyo ukuze kuthuthukiswe ikhwalithi yomkhiqizo nokuzinza.
Ukuvikelwa kwe-Catalyst: I-alumina evuliwe ingasetshenziswa futhi njengesithwali se-catalyst ukuvikela i-catalyst ekungcoleni okufana ne-TBC nokwelula impilo yesevisi ye-catalyst.
